# Get started with a new 2i2c hub service

These are steps to follow when you've just begun a new hub service as part of [membership with 2i2c](https://2i2c.org/membership).

## What onboarding looks like

Onboarding is a collaborative process. After your membership is active, the 2i2c team will be in touch to coordinate next steps and gather the details needed to launch and operate your service.

## Get support

Once the hub is up and running, you should use the 2i2c support channels to get support in modifying your hub.
